Taxi Led Display judgment and treatment of common problems

1. The whole screen is not bright.

Measure the input terminal of the power supply of the display screen with the DC voltage of the multimeter. If it is 0V, check the input terminal of the power supply of the display screen whether there is a short circuit phenomenon. 

(1) If there is a short circuit, it is judged that the power supply itself is bad or the input terminal has short circuit faults such as tin connection.

(2) If there is no short circuit, check whether the fuse of the input power line of the display screen is burnt, if it is replaced, if not, check whether the power supply of the display screen is normal or the power line of the display screen is broken.

2. If there is 12V, test whether there is 5V plus or minus 0.2V voltage at the output of the power supply of the display screen.

(1)If there is no 5V voltage, test whether the power supply of the display screen has short circuit phenomenon.

a.If there is short-circuit phenomenon, the power input end of the load (unit board, control card and wireless module) will be disconnected. If there is short-circuit phenomenon, it will be judged that the power supply of the display screen is bad. If there is no short-circuit phenomenon, it will be judged that there is short-circuit phenomenon in the unit board, control card or wireless module. If there is short-circuit phenomenon in the control card or wireless module, the control will be replaced.

Card or wireless module. If there is a short circuit in the unit board, check whether the components at both ends of the power supply on the unit board are damaged (troubleshooting step by step)

b.If there is no short circuit, the power supply of the display screen will be judged to be bad.

(2)If there is 5V voltage, it is judged that the control card or unit board is faulty.

a.If the display is normal, it is judged that the control card is broken and the control card is replaced.

b.If the normal control card failure is still displayed on the replacement, it is judged that the unit board is faulty. Check whether the input signal on the unit board is short-circuit or open-circuit.
