7 Killed In A Military Helicopter Crash In The Philippines

The Philippine military said on the 16th that a "Huey" UH-1 helicopter of the Philippine Air Force crashed in the southern province of Bukidnon on the same day, killing all 7 people on board. 

  The Philippine military said that the helicopter crashed into a farmland in Bukidnon Province during the transportation and supply mission that afternoon, killing all two pilots and five passengers on board. Initial investigation revealed that the cause of the crash was an engine failure. 

  This is the third helicopter crash of the Philippine Air Force in the past six months. On July 23, 2020, a helicopter of the Philippine Air Force crashed in Isabela Province in the northern part of the Philippines. 4 people on board were killed and 1 injured. On September 16 of the same year, a helicopter of the Philippine Air Force crashed in Basilan Province, southern Philippines, killing all 4 people on board.
